2. Description of Service
Relearn Radio is an audio reinforcement platform that allows you to record coaching, therapy, or educational sessions and receive personalized AI-generated audio recaps. The service is designed for personal use to reinforce learning and retain insights.
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
To use Relearn Radio, you must create an account and subscribe to one of our service tiers (Playback, Standard, or Premium). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Uploaded or Recorded Content
You retain all rights to any recordings you upload or create using Relearn Radio. By using the service, you grant Relearn Radio the right to process your recordings to generate audio recaps. All recordings are encrypted end-to-end and stored securely.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload content that violates the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
6. Privacy and Data Security

7. Subscription and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
8. Intellectual Property
The Relearn Radio platform, including its design, functionality, and AI technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service without explicit written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Relearn Radio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated recaps will always be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
Relearn Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
